What happens after the first session?

After the first session you will see dramatic improvement in your dog! You will need to still continue the training using the tools a DTD certified trainer has given you to keep the structure with your dog.

How should I continue training after the first session?

This is a case-by-case basis depending on what your needs and concerns are. At your session, a DTD certified trainer will inform you of how to continue being successful with training.

What training package do you recommend for an aggressive dog?

We recommend our stay & train program.

What if I have a training emergency after business hours?

What resources are provided to me after the first session?

Weekly Q&A, newsletters, access to follow-up phone calls, being part of our Members Only group where you can get customized training videos as well as helpful advice from others who may be going through a similar situation.

What tools do you use in training?

We use slip leads, long lines, e-collars, prong collars, elevated dog cots, pet convincers, high value treats, treadmills, collar, harness, gentle leads. Not all of these tools will be used on every dog.

What if I can’t afford the training?

We work with you as much as possible in this situation.

Do you have classes for clients?

We do! We also have classes for the public as well. Our current classes are posted on the Devotion to Dogs Facebook page. We offer group socialization class to those who have had the initial consultation
